At Funky Flop, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a simple and fair returns process.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • The product is not damaged due to misuse or normal wear

For hygiene reasons, worn footwear cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customers

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or customized products

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong product was received

  • The item is faulty

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
